SC Capital Partners Group has partnered with NeoAI Cloud to complete development investment in a 40MW AI data center in Pohang, South Korea, with government-backed funding. The facility's liquid cooling infrastructure is ready for next-generation GPUs including NVIDIA Vera Rubin, and completion is expected by the end of 2027. Financial details were not disclosed.
